I finally broke down and gave them 5$ for 2 months of a paid account.

If it's worth it I'll get a year in 2 months, or something.

How long does it take them to process and update until I actually HAVE the lovely paid-account bennies?

it should only take a couple of seconds. they should email you letting you know you have a paid account.
