Well, he won the poll. I guess I am predictable.

When it comes to Firefly, I'm a Simon girl. The combination of pretty boy, devoted brother, and slightly dick-ish got to me. I want to cuddle him. It was just really funny, because I've had lots of friends tell me "YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE FIREFLY!" for years, and when I went back to them with "I want to cuddle Simon!" the response was always "you would" or "Yeah, I figured you would."

My friends know me I guess.

But, as we all know, all the Firefly characters are made of win and awesome. Joss, how I love thee.

I am in the vast minority but... I can't stand Simon. He drives me NUTS. I don't think he's pretty in the slightest, which might be part of it, but except in Ariel when he's being all doctor-y and once or twice in Serenity he just drives me up the wall.

I like River, Inara, and Wash best - they're tied. Tied for second are Jayne (I like a simple character and he's as simple as they come) and Zoe. Zoe wasn't going to be on the list, despite the awesomeness that is Gina Torres, but for the single line in Ariel - "Clear" - which is my favorite line in the entirety of the show.

Ariel is my favorite episode, can you tell?

I dunno... maybe it's just the "Nuthin's gunna harm you, not while I'm around..." vibe that Simon gives off. And he is pretty, just not in that standard way.

*shrug* I'm odd I guess. Hee...
