This is an interesting question with a complicated answer. I agree with some of my fellows. It's badly put. But, I'll phrase the answer to match it.

Yes, everything WILL have a scientific explanation, someday. I believe when science is advanced enough, everything will be explained. However, "scientific explanation" has a connotation to mean that the scientific explanation will rule out anything beyond the natural world as we know it, and will discount anything now defined as "supernatural."

I believe that things like psychic phenomenon, ESP, the power of the mind to impact the natural world around you, reincarnation, spirits, ghosts, and God all exist. And, I believe that one day we will be advanced enough to be able to quantify these things and have a scientific explanation as to how and why they exist.

I believe that spirituality and even magic are part of the natural world, and one day our understanding of the natural world will be expanded to incorporate and give a scientific explanation to them.

In addition, I see absolutely no reason why the fact that we understand how something happens negates the spiritual aspect of it. I find it ultimately ridiculous to claim that we have to be clueless as to how something works for it to have a connection to a higher power or spiritual element.
