I think the biggest reasons I'm in favor of legalizing it are 1. tax the hell out of it 2. (biggest reason) the FDA could regulate it and keep it safe, and if it were being sold legally we could put an age limit on buying it like we do with alcohol. 3. it would REALLY hurt the drug trade and drug dealing. Most drug dealers make most of their money off of pot. It's easier to obtain and sell than hard drugs.
